Marketing Conferences and Webinars Calendar 2026–2027

Twenty-five marketing conferences, workshops and online events worth the time between now and September 2027 — search, paid media, performance, measurement, AI and B2B demand — with what each one costs and when the price goes up. Every date, price and deadline below was read on the event’s own site on 23 September 2026.

They run in date order. A green date means the event is free to attend, a blue date means it happens online.

Berlin, Germany In person PPC and SEO Last rate 25 Sep

SMX Advanced Europe

29 September – 1 October 2026 · Berlin · 2 conference days plus a Deep Dive day

Why go: Experts-only sessions on PPC, SEO and GEO, run by Rising Media and deliberately vendor-agnostic — the European event where paid search people go for tactics rather than platform announcements. The third day is a Deep Dive, sold as its own ticket.

Skip it if you are not already senior in search. The programme assumes you run campaigns at scale, and it is the most expensive search ticket in Europe.

Sep – Oct29 – 12026

  • €1,695 + VAT two-day conference
  • €2,495 + VAT for all three days
  • Last-minute rate ends 25 September
  • On site: €1,895 / €2,695 + VAT

MeasureCamp

Bucharest and Toronto 3 October, Berlin 10 October 2026 · one day each

Why go: A free analytics unconference with no fixed agenda: the schedule is written on the wall on the morning by whoever turns up to speak. It runs in dozens of cities, so there is usually one within a short flight, and the quality of conversation beats the price by a distance.

Skip it if you want a programme you can plan a trip around. You won’t know the sessions until you arrive, and tickets go fast because they’re free.

Oct3 & 102026

  • Free to attend
  • Bucharest and Toronto: 3 October 2026
  • Berlin: 10 October 2026
  • Agenda set by attendees on the day

Denver, USA In person Content

Content Marketing World

5–6 October 2026, workshops 7 October · Colorado Convention Center, Denver

Why go: 100+ sessions, and for the first time it runs alongside TMRE: The Market Research Event, with content from the LIONS brands Effie, WARC and Contagious. The pitch this year is insight-led work rather than content volume; P&G’s Marc Pritchard and Kirti Singh open it.

Skip it if you want channel tactics or a hands-on AI workshop. This is a brand, storytelling and effectiveness conference, and it’s the most expensive event on this list.

Oct5–62026

  • $3,149 All Access · $2,699 three-day
  • $2,299 two-day · $999 digital
  • Recordings add-on $349
  • Final rate, through 7 October

Online Online PPC and SEO

SMX Master Classes

October 2026 · online · one day per class, 11:00–15:30 ET

Why go: Single-topic workshops, each under five hours, bought one at a time — the cheapest way to put a specialist day in front of your team without a flight. The October run includes B2B PPC lead generation with Emily Wood on the 8th and advanced Google Ads with Brad Geddes on the 13th, alongside AI visibility, advanced SEO, Google Discover and Claude Code for SEO.

Skip it if you learn better by talking to people. This is training, not a conference — no hallway track and no exhibition floor.

Oct8 & 132026

  • $299 per class
  • B2B PPC lead gen: 8 October
  • Advanced Google Ads: 13 October
  • Seven topics, also sold on demand

Brighton, UK In person Search

brightonSEO

8–9 October 2026, training day 7 October · Brighton Centre, UK

Why go: The best value per pound in search: two days, dozens of practitioner talks, and the organiser also runs Hero Conf (paid media), MeasureFest (analytics and CRO) and Affiliate Huddle, so the same trip can cover more than SEO. It calls itself the world’s largest search marketing conference.

Skip it if you’re looking for board-level strategy. The programme is deliberately tactical and the hall is enormous — go with a shortlist of talks, not to browse.

Oct8–92026

  • £430 + VAT two-day ticket
  • Until 24 September; £580 + VAT after that
  • £700 + VAT with a training workshop
  • Under-21 students: 50% off

San Diego, USA In person AI search

Ahrefs Evolve

12–13 October 2026 · InterContinental San Diego · 2 days

Why go: The clearest AEO-and-SEO programme of the autumn: 20+ speakers walking through the workflows they run now, rather than frameworks. If AI search is the thing your leadership keeps asking about, this is the shortest route to an informed answer.

Skip it if your search problem is technical scale or international rollout. The billing is around AI search, and it’s a vendor’s event, so expect Ahrefs product workshops in the mix.

Oct12–132026

  • $1,199 two-day standard pass
  • $1,299 at the last-chance release
  • Tickets sell in fixed-price batches
  • Prices before 7.75% San Diego tax

Cleveland, USA In person AI

MAICON: Marketing AI Conference

13–15 October 2026 · Cleveland, Ohio · 3 days

Why go: Aimed at the adoption problem rather than the tools: how mid-market and enterprise teams are putting AI into strategy, operations, content and analytics, plus governance and change management. There’s a separate AI for CMOs Summit bolted onto the main conference.

Skip it if you already run AI in your weekly workflow and want build-level detail. It’s pitched at marketing and business leaders rolling this out across teams.

Oct13–152026

  • $1,999 main conference
  • $2,499 with a workshop
  • $2,899 all-access plus recordings
  • On-site rates are $100 higher

Many cities In person Search

Google Search Central Live

Mexico City 15 October, Bogotá 19 October, Bengaluru 30 October 2026 · one day each

Why go: Google’s own search team, in a room, taking questions — crawling and indexing, structured data, Discover and News, search quality. The closest thing to a primary source on how Search works, and it travels to a different set of cities every year.

Skip it if you need answers about AI Overviews commercially rather than technically. The sessions are technical, and the multi-day Deep Dive in Barcelona is a separate, ticketed format.

Oct15, 19, 302026

  • Barcelona Deep Dive: 30 Sep – 2 Oct 2026
  • Mexico City: 15 October 2026
  • Bogotá: 19 October 2026
  • Bengaluru: 30 October 2026

Boston, USA In person B2B

MarketingProfs B2B Forum

2–4 November 2026 · Boston, Massachusetts · 3 days

Why go: Twenty years in, still the one conference that is only B2B — pipeline, brand, proving ROI — with a room full of people who have the same problems you do. The workshops are the reason to buy the all-access pass rather than the main ticket.

Skip it if you sell to consumers, or you need the travel budget for something closer. Everything here assumes a long, committee-driven sale.

Nov2–42026

  • $1,795 main conference pass
  • $2,325 all-access, workshop included
  • $200 off for groups of three or more
  • Workshop-only pass $950

Online Online Free

MarTech Conference

4 November 2026 · online · live and on demand

Why go: A free, half-day-scale online conference for people who buy, run and connect the stack — analytics and attribution, data management, marketing execution. It runs several times a year, so if you miss one the next is usually about eight weeks out.

Skip it if you want vendor-neutral depth on one product. Sessions are short and the sponsor presence is obvious.

Nov42026

  • Free with registration
  • Live sessions plus on demand
  • Next edition 4 November 2026
  • 2026 also ran in March, May and September

Lisbon, Portugal In person Tech

Web Summit

9–12 November 2026 · Lisbon, Portugal · 4 days

Why go: Not a marketing conference, and that’s the point: speaker content across 32 industries, every major platform and a startup floor you can walk for a day. Go for the market view and the meetings, and because Lisbon in November costs less than most US trips.

Skip it if you want to come back with tactics. It’s a networking and deal festival — the practitioner detail is thinner than at any other event on this list.

Nov9–122026

  • €995 general attendee, incl. tax
  • €809 excluding sales tax
  • List price €1,595
  • VIP €1,950 incl. tax

SMX Next

18 November 2026 · online · one day

Why go: A free online day of SEO, PPC and AI sessions from the SMX programme — the no-risk way to judge whether the paid SMX events deserve a line in next year’s budget. Registration is already open.

Skip it if you need the agenda before you block out a day. Free online events are easy to half-watch and take nothing from.

  • SEO, PPC and AI sessions
  • One day, online

January – March 2027

A quieter quarter, and the one that opens with the event working affiliates get into for nothing.

Las Vegas, USA In person Performance Free for affiliates

Affiliate Summit West

26–28 January 2027 · Caesars Forum, Las Vegas · 3 days

Why go: The biggest partnership and performance marketing event of the year, and free to attend if you earn affiliate commission — their words: “we won’t charge you a cent to attend and you’ll have access to every single session, meet-up and party”. Over 7,000 attendees and 300+ exhibitor booths, which is where the networks and advertisers you want terms from actually are.

Skip it if you run brand or content marketing and don’t touch partnerships. The floor is built around deals, not craft.

Jan26–282027

  • Free for affiliates and media buyers
  • 7,000+ attendees, per the organiser
  • 300+ exhibitor booths
  • Brand and vendor packages priced separately

Lake Balaton, Hungary In person Analytics

Superweek

31 January – 5 February 2027 · Kenese Bay Garden Resort, Lake Balaton · 5 days

Why go: Five days of measurement people in one lakeside hotel in winter — attribution, tracking, warehouses, and the arguments that never fit into a 20-minute slot elsewhere. The price includes the hotel and every meal, so the real cost is closer to a normal conference than it looks.

Skip it if you can’t lose a full week, or you want beginner analytics content. It’s a long way from an airport and it assumes you already do this for a living.

Jan – Feb31 – 52027

  • €3,320 + VAT five-day full pass
  • Five nights, all meals, airport transfer
  • Shared single room in the main hotel
  • Prices valid until 6 October 2026

Carlsbad, USA In person B2B Early bird 7 Dec

B2B Marketing Exchange

22–24 February 2027 · Omni La Costa Resort, Carlsbad, California · 3 days

Why go: Demand generation, ABM and content for B2B teams, at a resort rather than a convention centre, which makes the hallway conversations easier. Marcus Collins headlines the 2027 edition. Practitioner passes are cheap by US standards — vendors pay $7,995 for the same access.

Skip it if you went to B2B Forum in November. The subject matter overlaps, and this one leans more towards demand gen and sales alignment.

Feb22–242027

  • $1,495 all-access, until 7 December
  • $1,695 from 8 December to 20 January
  • $1,895 standard, from 21 January
  • Solution providers pay $7,995

Amsterdam, Netherlands In person Search Early bird 2 Nov

Friends of Search

11 March 2027 · The Kromhouthal, Amsterdam · 1 day

Why go: One day, one venue, SEO and SEA on the same bill — the easiest European search conference to justify, because it costs a day rather than a week. The 14th edition, and tickets are already on sale.

Skip it if you need depth on one discipline. A single day split across two channels means breadth, not detail.

Mar112027

  • €530 + VAT early bird
  • €590 + VAT from 2 November 2026
  • DDMA/VIA members €410 + VAT
  • €15 + VAT booking fee on top

San Diego, USA In person PPC and SEO

SMX Advanced, San Diego

17–19 March 2027 · San Diego, California · 3 days

Why go: The US expert-level edition, and for the first time it runs twice in one year — San Diego in March, Boston in September. Advanced search tracks with a substantial paid-media half, for people who run accounts rather than manage the people who run them.

Skip it if you need to know the cost before you commit. Rates for 2027 are not published yet; the site takes your email instead.

Mar17–192027

  • Rates not published at our check date
  • Boston edition follows in September
  • Expert-level SEO and PPC tracks

Munich, Germany In person PPC and SEO Early bird 4 Dec

SMX München

6–7 April 2027, workshops 5 April · ICM Messe München · 2 days

Why go: Rising Media’s German flagship, which it calls Europe’s largest search marketing conference for professionals: two full days split between paid search and SEO, with optional workshop and Gold tickets that add the pre-conference day.

Skip it if you don’t follow German. The main stages run in German, and SMX Advanced Europe in Berlin is the English-language event from the same organiser.

Apr6–72027

  • €1,299 + VAT two-day early bird
  • Ends 4 December; then €1,399 + VAT
  • €799 + VAT for a single day
  • Gold ticket with workshop €2,299 + VAT

Brighton, UK In person Search and PPC Dates to come

brightonSEO UK + Hero Conf, spring edition

April 2027 · Brighton, UK · exact dates not published yet

Why go: The spring edition of the October event, and the one that runs beside Hero Conf — the paid search and paid social conference now under the same roof — so a PPC specialist and an SEO can travel together and split up on the day.

Skip it if you’re going in October 2026. The format repeats; the speakers change.

AprTBC2027

  • Dates not published at our check date
  • Hero Conf UK runs the same month
  • October 2026 two-day ticket: £430–£580 + VAT
  • Tickets usually open months ahead

Phoenix, USA In person B2B Early bird 30 Nov

Forrester B2B Summit North America

2–4 May 2027 · Phoenix, Arizona · 3 days

Why go: The analyst-led counterweight to practitioner conferences: research data, benchmarks and GTM frameworks you can put in front of a CFO, plus marketing, product, customer and revenue leaders in one room. Useful when your next argument is about budget, not tactics.

Skip it if you want hands-on sessions. You’re buying research and peer conversations, and the price reflects that.

May2–42027

  • Early-bird pricing until 30 November 2026
  • Ticket prices show after you sign in
  • A two-for-one offer is advertised
  • Marketing, product, customer, revenue

Hamburg, Germany In person Early bird 30 Sep

OMR Festival

3–5 May 2027 · Hamburg, Germany · 3 days

Why go: Europe’s biggest marketing festival, and the cheapest big ticket on this list if you book in the next week. Half trade fair, half conference, half concert — the exhibition floor is the best place in Europe to see martech vendors in one afternoon.

Skip it if you don’t speak German. A good share of the stages and the floor are German-first, even though the headline sessions are in English.

May3–52027

  • €499 super early bird
  • Ends 30 September 2026
  • €649 after that
  • Three days, Hamburg

July – September 2027

New York, USA In person Performance Free for affiliates

Affiliate Summit East

26–27 July 2027 · NYC Marriott Marquis, Times Square · 2 days

Why go: The smaller, east-coast half of Affiliate Summit — 4,500+ attendees and 50+ speakers — and free on the same terms as Las Vegas if you earn commission. Two days in Manhattan in July is a cheaper way into the same rooms than the January event.

Skip it if you already go to the Las Vegas edition. The advertisers overlap heavily, and January is the bigger floor.

Jul26–272027

  • Free for affiliates and media buyers
  • 4,500+ attendees, per the organiser
  • 50+ speakers
  • Two days, Times Square

Boston, USA In person Presale sold out

UNBOUND (formerly INBOUND)

8–10 September 2027 · Boston, Massachusetts · 3 days

Why go: HubSpot’s annual conference, renamed from INBOUND, and still the biggest gathering of the marketing-ops and revenue crowd. Worth a diary note now rather than a booking: the first ticket drop for 2027 sold out, and registration reopens on Cyber Monday.

Skip it if you don’t run HubSpot and don’t plan to. The keynote and product news are the centre of it.

Sep8–102027

  • $1,699 general admission
  • Presale sold out
  • Registration reopens Cyber Monday, 30 Nov 2026
  • VIP pass announced, price to come

brightonSEO San Diego + Hero Conf

9–10 September 2027 · San Diego, California · 2 days

Why go: The US edition, running with Hero Conf on the same days. The detail worth knowing: single-day tickets are free on request, so a local team can send people for nothing and pay only for the two-day passes it actually needs.

Skip it if you’re already going to Brighton in April. Same format, different coast.

Sep9–102027

  • Free single-day tickets, on request
  • $500 two-day early bird (list $1,100)

20–22 September 2027 · Boston, Massachusetts · 3 days

Why go: The second SMX Advanced of 2027, on the east coast and ten days after UNBOUND in the same city — if Boston is already on your September list, this is the search conference to pair with it.

Skip it if you’re going to the San Diego edition in March. It’s the same programme six months apart.

How we picked

We started from the events an experienced B2B marketer would actually get something from — search, paid media, measurement, AI and B2B demand — and kept only the ones with confirmed dates on their own site. For each one we read the date, the venue, the current ticket price and the next price rise from the organiser’s own pages, not from an aggregator.

What we left out:

  • Events with no published 2027 dates at our check date, including DMEXCO’s 2027 edition and Google Marketing Live.
  • Awards ceremonies and festivals where the programme is secondary, and retail or creative events that don’t help a B2B software marketer.
  • Paid webinars, and any webinar series that turned out to be a product demo with a registration form.
  • Vendor user conferences, unless the product is one our readers are likely to run day to day.

Two organisers on this page also run sister events in the same week — brightonSEO with Hero Conf, MeasureFest and Affiliate Huddle, and Content Marketing World with TMRE — so check whether one ticket covers more than you think before booking two trips. The SMX name covers five separate events here: the US conferences and Master Classes, and the German-language Munich conference and English-language Berlin one, which are run under licence by Rising Media.

Frequently asked questions

Which one should I pick if I can only go to one?

For paid media, SMX Advanced Europe in Berlin and SMX München are the expert-level options in Europe, SMX Advanced runs twice in the US in 2027, and Hero Conf sits beside brightonSEO on both coasts. If you work in partnerships, Affiliate Summit is free for affiliates, which makes it the best value on this page by a distance. If you need tactics across search generally, brightonSEO in October is the cheapest serious ticket. If you need to win an internal budget argument, the analyst-led Forrester B2B Summit in May gives you data a CFO will accept.

Are the prices on this page final?

No. Every figure is the rate shown on the event’s own site on 23 September 2026, before travel, hotel and, where noted, sales tax. Most of these events raise prices on a published schedule, which is why the deadlines are listed separately above.

Why are there so few webinars?

Because most recurring marketing webinars are sales calls with slides. The online events on this page publish a real agenda: the MarTech Conference and SMX Next are free, and the SMX Master Classes are paid training rather than a webinar. They sit in date order with everything else — a blue date means online, a green one means free.

What happened to INBOUND?

HubSpot renamed it. The 2027 edition is called UNBOUND and runs 8–10 September 2027 in Boston. The first ticket release has already sold out; registration reopens on Cyber Monday.

How often is this calendar updated?

Dates move, prices rise and new editions are announced all year. We re-check every event on this page against its own site when we update it, and the check date is in the introduction.
